Twice a month we visit our neighbors who live outside and serve up to 75 home-cooked meals, distribute clothes and other items, and interact with the people there. We also hold outdoor services with them from time to time. There have been many opportunities to listen to their stories, pray for them, and share the Good News of what God has done for them through Jesus Christ.

The Bank Street Community Garden is located on our property and has 21 4×10 ft. garden plots. This community-based ministry is led by one of our neighbors who is deeply rooted in the north Portland neighborhood. The space provides people with an opportunity to grow some of their own food and connect with others in the process. It also helps build bridges between the church and our neighbors.
